Professional livestreaming
from end to end
Every job is staffed by a dedicated crew and built on equipment that performs in real-world conditions — not demo rooms.
We deploy between one and four cameras depending on the production, giving your viewers the dynamic coverage of a broadcast. Wide shots, close-ups, and audience angles are cut live — no static locked-off frame.
A dedicated vision mixer operates the switcher throughout your event, cutting between cameras, adding lower-thirds and graphics, and managing transitions in real time. Your stream looks polished from the first second to the last.
We bring our own bonded 4G/LTE connectivity to every event. Multiple mobile data connections are aggregated into a single reliable uplink — so we are never at the mercy of a venue’s Wi-Fi or a single carrier dropping signal.
We stream to YouTube Live, Facebook Live, and any RTMP destination — simultaneously if needed. Multi-platform output means your church congregation on Facebook and your corporate audience on a custom portal both receive the same live feed.
Every production includes a local recording running in parallel with the live stream. If connectivity fails at any point, your event is captured in full — delivered as a broadcast-quality file after the event at no additional charge.
We arrive early, set up fully, and run a test stream before your event begins. Our crew handles everything from camera positioning and audio patching to post-event pack-down — so your team can focus on running the event, not the technology.
Who we stream for
Annual general meetings, product launches, award ceremonies, and multi-day conferences all benefit from a professional livestream. Remote delegates get the same experience as those in the room — live Q&A, presentations, and panel discussions delivered in full. We handle audio patching from the venue PA, so your stream sounds as good as it looks.
We work with churches of all sizes across Cape Town and the Western Cape, from small congregations streaming to 50 viewers to large ministries reaching thousands every week. Our church livestream service includes multi-camera worship coverage, seamless lyric and scripture graphics, and reliable connectivity that does not depend on your venue’s broadband.
Live sport demands fast cuts, wide coverage, and zero dropped frames. We position cameras at angles that capture the action — whether that is a cricket match, a cycling event, or a local football league. Scoreboards, team graphics, and commentator audio can all be integrated into the stream output.
A hybrid event runs live in a venue and online simultaneously, with both audiences participating in real time. We manage the full technical layer — streaming the room to online viewers while feeding remote speaker video back into the venue display, all without interrupting the flow of the programme. If you need IMAG alongside the livestream, we handle that too.
Loved ones who cannot be there in person deserve to share the moment. We approach weddings and memorial services with care and discretion — our crew works quietly in the background, and the stream is set up well before guests arrive. Private streaming links and password-protected streams are available for events where you prefer to limit access to invited guests only.
Built on broadcast-grade gear
We use equipment chosen for reliability under live conditions, not for spec sheets. Every item is production-tested before arriving on site.
Cameras: Our primary cameras are broadcast cameras with full-frame sensors and exceptional low-light performance — they hold up in dimly lit church interiors, evening award ceremonies, and outdoor marquees without compromising image quality. For remote-controlled PTZ positions, we deploy smaller motorised cameras that allow us to add angles in tight spaces without additional crew. Specific camera models available on request.
Switching & Mixing: We run professional broadcast vision mixers as our core live production platform. Multi-view monitoring lets our operator watch every camera feed simultaneously, enabling precise cuts and transitions with zero guesswork. For larger productions we integrate professional broadcast encoding software, giving us granular control over stream output quality, bitrate, and simultaneous destinations.
Connectivity: Our bonded 4G/LTE system aggregates multiple SIM cards across different carriers into a single stable upload connection. Typical upload capacity exceeds 20 Mbps bonded, which comfortably supports a 4K-capable or multi-bitrate stream. The system automatically redistributes traffic if one carrier drops signal, with no visible interruption to the live stream.
Audio: Clean audio is non-negotiable for livestreaming. We patch directly from the venue’s mixing console via XLR whenever possible, giving the stream a clean mix of all microphones, DI instruments, and playback audio. Where a direct feed is not available, we deploy our own microphones and a portable audio mixer as a standalone broadcast audio chain.
Simultaneous Multi-Platform Streaming: Using Restream or a dedicated hardware encoder, we can push your live feed to YouTube, Facebook, and a third RTMP destination at the same time — each platform receiving its own optimised stream. This is standard on multi-camera packages and above.

Tell Us About Your Event
Send us your event date, venue, expected duration, and the platform you want to stream to. We respond with a detailed, itemised quote within one business day — no vague estimates. If you have specific requirements around graphics, audio, or multi-platform output, let us know and we’ll scope those in from the start.
Pre-Production & Setup
Once booked, we schedule a pre-production call to confirm technical details: your venue layout, audio sources, streaming platform credentials, and any graphics or branding elements you want on screen. On the day, our crew arrives well ahead of the event start to rig cameras, patch audio, and run a full test stream before a single guest arrives.
Go Live & Deliver
We operate the full production from start to finish. Our vision mixer cuts between cameras live, manages graphics, and monitors the stream output for any quality issues. After your event, we deliver the local backup recording — a clean, full-resolution file ready for editing or archival — within 48 hours.
Common questions about
livestreaming in Cape Town
How much does livestreaming cost in Cape Town?
Livestreaming in Cape Town starts from R5,000 for a single-camera setup and ranges to R20,000+ for full multi-camera productions with live vision mixing and simultaneous multi-platform streaming. The final price depends on event duration, camera count, platform requirements, and crew size.
We provide a detailed, itemised quote within one business day. Send us your event details and we’ll get back to you with a clear breakdown — no vague estimates.
What platforms can you stream to?
We can stream to YouTube Live, Facebook Live, and any RTMP-compatible platform — including Zoom, Vimeo, LinkedIn Live, and custom church or conference portals. Multi-platform simultaneous streaming is available on our multi-camera and premium packages, allowing you to reach your audience on every channel at once.
We handle the platform setup and credentials — you just share the login details and we take care of everything from stream key configuration to live activation.
Do you provide bonded internet for livestreaming?
Yes. We carry bonded 4G/LTE connectivity to every event, combining multiple mobile data connections across different carriers into a single stable upload. This means we are not dependent on the venue’s Wi-Fi and can stream reliably from outdoor venues, marquees, churches, and locations with no fixed-line internet.
Our bonded system typically delivers over 20 Mbps upload capacity and automatically reroutes traffic if one carrier drops signal, with no visible interruption to the stream.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks before your event to allow for a pre-production call, platform setup, and logistics planning. For large or complex productions — such as multi-day conferences or sports events — four to six weeks’ notice is ideal.
That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings subject to crew availability. If your event is coming up soon, contact us directly and we’ll confirm whether we can make it work.
Do you travel outside Cape Town?
Yes. We regularly work across the Western Cape — including Stellenbosch, Paarl, George, Hermanus, and Franschhoek. For events further afield in South Africa, travel and accommodation costs are added to the quote and agreed upfront.
Contact us with your venue location and event date and we will confirm availability and provide a full quote including any travel costs.
What happens if the internet goes down during the livestream?
Our bonded 4G/LTE system automatically reroutes through available connections if one signal drops, preventing stream interruption in most cases. The system monitors each carrier in real time and redistributes the load without manual intervention.
As an additional safeguard, we record a local backup of the full production on every job. If connectivity fails completely, the local recording ensures you have a complete, broadcast-quality file regardless of what happened online — delivered to you within 48 hours of the event.
