Clean audio is what separates a professional podcast from a home recording. We deploy XLR condenser microphones for every speaker, routed through a portable broadcast audio mixer. Each voice is captured on its own track for full control in post-production.
Our editors handle the full post-production workflow — multi-camera cut, colour grade, audio mix and mastering, music beds, and branded intros and outros. Starter episodes receive a professional colour grade and audio mix. Pro packages include our full cinematic log workflow with the Mignis LUT.
Accurate, on-brand captions burned into the video — styled to your brand colours and fonts. AI-generated captions are manually reviewed for accuracy before delivery. Included on Monthly and Pro packages; available as an add-on for Starter episodes.
Every episode is cut into vertical short-form clips optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Starter packages include 3 cuts per episode; Monthly includes 12; Pro includes 16 or more. We select the strongest moments and add captions and branding automatically.
Monthly retainer packages include podcast hosting setup in the first month — your RSS feed configured and submitted to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts, so your show is discoverable from episode one. We handle the technical distribution so you focus on the content.

Once confirmed, we schedule a brief pre-production call to align on show format, branding, and any specific technical requirements at your location — then lock in the crew and equipment.
We Arrive & Set Up
Our crew arrives at your location ahead of the recording time. We set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and audio routing — typically within 45 to 60 minutes. We do a full technical check before the record button is pressed. You and your guests simply sit down and have the conversation. We handle everything else.
Edited & Delivered
Raw footage is taken into post-production immediately after filming. Our editors handle the multi-camera cut, colour grade, audio mix, captions, and social cuts. Your finished episode is delivered via a private download link within 5 business days (Starter) or 3 business days (Monthly and Pro). Ready to publish — no further work required from your side.

How much does podcast production cost in Cape Town?
Podcast and vodcast production in Cape Town starts from R6,500 per episode on our Starter package. For clients recording regularly, our Monthly retainer is R18,500 per month for 4 episodes — roughly R4,625 per episode — and our Pro retainer is R32,000 per month for the full cinematic production experience.

Do I need a studio?
No. We come to you. Our crew carries a complete mobile production setup — cameras, lighting, microphones, audio mixer, and switching equipment — to your location. We have recorded in corporate offices, boardrooms, home studies, wine farms, rooftop terraces, and event venues across Cape Town and the Western Cape.
If your space has good natural light and reasonable acoustic conditions, we can make it look and sound excellent. We will advise you on the best setup for your specific location during our pre-production call.
What is the difference between a podcast and a vodcast?
A podcast is an audio-only show — listeners subscribe and listen on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts. It is distributed as an MP3 or AAC audio file via an RSS feed.
A vodcast (video podcast) is the same format recorded on camera and published both as a video — typically on YouTube and social media — and as an audio file on podcast platforms. Most modern shows choose the vodcast format because it gives them both a YouTube presence and a podcast audience from a single recording session.
We produce both formats and can deliver audio-only, video-only, or the full combined distribution depending on your goals and package.
What equipment do you bring?
Our standard mobile kit includes high-quality mirrorless cameras, professional XLR condenser microphones for every speaker, LED lighting panels, a portable broadcast audio mixer, and a live switching setup for multi-camera cuts. Starter packages deploy 2 cameras; Monthly and Pro packages use 3. Specific equipment details are available on request.
All equipment is fully self-contained and battery-capable where needed. We do not rely on your venue’s technical infrastructure, although we are happy to integrate with existing lighting rigs or audio setups where available.
Can you record and livestream at the same time?
Yes. Our simulcast capability allows us to push a live stream to YouTube, Facebook Live, or any RTMP platform at the same time as capturing a high-resolution local recording for post-production. Your live audience gets to watch in real time, and your edited episode is delivered later with full post-production treatment — colour grade, captions, social cuts and all.
Simulcast is available as an option on Monthly and Pro packages. It is ideal for shows that want live audience engagement as part of their format. Ask us about simulcast when you enquire.
How quickly will I receive my finished episode?
Starter package episodes are delivered within 5 business days of filming. Monthly and Pro package episodes are delivered within 3 business days per episode, enabling a consistent weekly or bi-weekly publishing schedule without gaps.
If you need a faster turnaround, same-day delivery is available as an add-on for R2,000, subject to schedule availability. Contact us in advance if you have a specific launch date or publication deadline and we will plan the production timeline around it.
